<p></p><p>专家介绍，甲流是由甲型流感病毒引起的急性上呼吸道传染病，主要症状为发烧、头痛、肌肉关节酸痛、周身不适，也有一部分表现为咽喉肿痛、流涕、上吐下泻等，严重的还可以出现肺炎。甲流主要通过呼吸道飞沫传播，人群普遍易感。</p><p class="f_center"><div align="center"></div></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京大学第一医院感染科主任 王贵强：</strong>我们强调一老一小要特别关注，因为目前从全球的数据来看，小孩、婴幼儿得了流感以后容易变重，容易有出现流感肺炎等表现。还有一个就是65岁上的老年人，他得了以后出现流感肺炎的概率要增加。</p><p><b>流感和普通感冒有哪些区别呢？</b></p><p class="f_center"><div align="center"></div></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京大学第一医院感染科主任 王贵强：</strong>流感当然要比较重了，发热头痛、肌肉关节酸痛。普通感冒主要是上呼吸道的卡他样症状，比如说流鼻涕、咳嗽这些表现，很快就好了，所以从病程来看严重的流感可能5~7天的病程，普通感冒一般都是三五天就结束。</p><p class="f_center"><div align="center"></div></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京市呼吸疾病研究所所长 童朝晖：</strong>如果说你的体温在39度以上，然后全身症状比较严重，比如说发热浑身难受，甚至出现咳嗽加重、气促表现还是应该及时到医院去就诊。</p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">今年甲流比往年甲流的症状更重吗？</strong></p><p></p><p>冬春季是许多呼吸道传染病的高发季节。为什么大家普遍感觉今年这波甲流症状比往年更重呢？</p><p>

<p></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京大学第一医院感染科主任 王贵强：</strong>实际这个原因一方面流感本身就有一部分比较重的，原来大家关注度不够。第二个可能的原因就是说最近这三年我们抗击新冠疫情的时候，大家防护得非常好，大部分人这三年基本没有感染流感病毒，而既往每年都有流感的流行，群体中百分之二三十都感染过流感，就一轮一轮地感染，本身他就有一定的免疫力了，再感染流感他症状就是不重，所以这三年我们大家对流感都是易感，并且很多人三年没有感染，那么再次感染就容易变重。</p><p>专家介绍，流感强调对症支持治疗，症状较重的患者或者有重症高风险人群，可以用抗病毒治疗。</p><p class="f_center"><div align="center"></div></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京大学第一医院感染科主任 王贵强：</strong>我们国家抗病毒药现在有6种抗病毒针对流感的药物，包括口服的，包括还有静脉用的，这些药物选择要在医生的指导下使用。</p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">甲流与新冠有可能叠加感染吗？</strong></p><p></p><p>很多人都有疑问，甲流与新冠有可能叠加感染吗？专家表示，甲流和新冠都属于呼吸道传染病，当前是流感流行季节，理论上是可以叠加感染的。</p><p>

<p></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京市呼吸疾病研究所所长 童朝晖：</strong>比方说有基础疾病，当你身体免疫功能低下的时候，又在流感流行季节的时候，比方说新冠还没有完全100%清除的情况下，那么合并有新冠病毒或者是流感病毒同时感染的可能性还是有。</p><p class="f_center"><div align="center"></div></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京大学第一医院感染科主任 王贵强：</strong>如果不做很好防护的话，同时感染或者是先后感染是可能的，但是现在从目前我们检测像发热门诊，我们流感也检测新冠也检测，目前新冠的检测没有发现。</p><p>得过甲流之后，会不会也像得过新冠一样，产生免疫力？</p><p class="f_center"><div align="center"></div></p><p></p><p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">北京大学第一医院感染科主任 王贵强：</strong>甲流和这些病毒性传染病感染以后，短时间内都有一定的保护力，都会形成一定的免疫屏障，所以今年感染以后，明年你感染就可能不重，或者没症状。实际这种呼吸道传染病预防都是类似的，我们新冠防控养成的良好的卫生习惯，还是希望大家继续保持下去，戴口罩、手卫生、社交距离、勤通风。对年老体弱的小孩，还有高风险人群，我们还是建议接种流感疫苗，降低暴发的风险，也降低感染后的症状。</p><p></p>
